At Finepack, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-branded paper cups tailored to your brand's identity. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, as each order is produced exclusively with your logos, colors, and designs.
However, if you discover any issues with your order—such as printing defects, color discrepancies, or product damage—we will gladly accept a return or exchange. We understand that not all packages are opened upon receipt, and in most cases, items are unboxed at the point of use in your branches. Therefore, we honor returns as long as the issue is reported upon discovery, regardless of when the package was first opened.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
